Winning International Group is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website.

Assignment

Winning International Group shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Non-Waiver

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Republic of Singapore for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and your use of the Website or its content. You agree that, regardless of any law or statute, any claim or cause of action you may have against Winning International Group must be brought within one year after the claim or cause of action first arises,  is known or should reasonably have been known to you, whichever the earliest occurrence.  Your failure to do so shall constitute the express waiver of your right to pursue any and all such claims and/or causes of action, in respect of which you irretrievably lose all such rights.
